I’m Catherine (she/her) a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW 79666) practicing in the East Bay. I received my MSW from UCLA in 2013 and, since then, have worked as a therapist at various mental health agencies around the Bay Area and as a mental health services consultant for a large HMO. I’m a parent, a Bay Area native, an outdoor enthusiast, and a crossword lover. I find it truly exciting to work with folks as they set goals and make changes that bring them closer to the lives they want to be living. Starting a therapy journey is quite a thing: scary and exciting, intimidating and freeing, difficult and empowering. It is a great honor to join you on that path.
